Model CRO2477A is a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) from Z-Communications designed for S-band applications from 2440 to 2540 MHz. It delivers +3.5 dBm output power running from a +5-VDC, 21 mA supply. The VCO tunes with voltages from 0.5 to 4.5 V with typical tuning sensitivity of 30 MHz/V. Typical second-harmonic suppressions is -20 dBc while typical phase noise is -108 dBc/Hz offset 10 kHz from the carrier. The oscillator is supplied in the company's standard MINI-16-SM package measuring 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.22 in. It is available in tape-and-reel packaging for automated assembly applications.
