The model PWR-8GHS+ Universal Serial Bus (USB) smart power sensor from Mini-Circuits takes advantage of the processing power of a personal computer with a USB port to make power measurements from -30 to +20 dBm at frequencies from 1 MHz to 8 GHz. The measurement uncertainty is typically ?0.2 dB or better across the full dynamic range and frequency range. The USB power sensor does not require reference signal calibration and is supplied with graphical user interface (GUI) software for operation with a Windows-compatible 32- or 64-b operating system; it also features support for Linux-based 32- and 64-b operating systems.
