Three-channel power amplifier model 7005 from OPHIR RF provides a total frequency range of 80 to 6000 MHz. Channel 1 delivers 150 W output power at 1-dB compression and 280 W typical saturated output power from 80 to 1000 MHz. Channel 2 offers 60 W typical output power at 1-dB compression and 80 W typical saturated output power from 100 to 2500 MHz. Channel 3 yields 30 W typical output power at 1-dB compression and 50 W typical saturated output power from 2500 to 6000 MHz. Nominal input power of 0 dBm is needed to achieve the rated output-power levels. Harmonics are typically -20 dBc and spurious levels are typically -60 dBc or less. The Class AB rack-mount amplifier weighs 350 lbs. or less and measures 42 x 24 x 30 in.
