TriQuintHas named James L. Klein Vice President and General Manager of its Defense and Aerospace business. Klein's most recent role was in Raytheon's Space and Airborne Systems Division, where he was responsible for the design and manufacturing of RF and microwave subsystems and components.

Endicott InterconnectWarren Dannelly has been appointed Vice President of Worldwide Sales.Dannelly most recently served as Director of Sales for Tyco Electronics' Aerospace and Defense Printed Circuit Group.

Interop TechnologiesHas appointed Doug Thompson, Jr. to the position of Director of Product Management. Prior to joining Interop, Thompson served as Senior Manager, Product Management and Marketing at Huawei Technologies.

General DynamicsThe board of directors has elected James L. Jones to be Director of the corporation. Jones most recently served as the National Security Advisor to the President of the United States. Prior to that, he was the US Special Envoy for Middle East regional security.

HTCHas appointed Jason Mackenzie to the newly created position of President for Global Sales and Marketing. Mackenzie, who joined HTC in 2005, will continue in his role as President of North America and Latin America until a replacement is announced.

APIC Corp.Has named Dr. Ashok Kapoor Director of Silicon Valley Operations. Kapoor's most recent role was as Chief Scientist at SuVolta.

Northrop GrummanThe board of directors has appointed CEO and President Wes Bush to the additional role of Chairman. Bush succeeds Lewis W. Coleman, who has been named Lead Independent Director by the board. In addition, Thomas M. Schoewe has been elected to the board. Schoewe formerly served as Wal-Mart Stores' Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

CTIHas appointed Jamie Hastings Vice President of External and State Affairs. Hastings spent the past 11 years at T-Mobile USA, most recently as Vice President of State Legislative Affairs.

Lime MicrosystemsHas appointed Nick Stables Chief Financial Officer. Stables formerly served as CFO of Phyworks, which was acquired by Maxim. In addition, Dale Wilson has been named Product Marketing Director. Wilson was previously responsible for marketing Analog Devices' RF component portfolio, including those used in femtocell and small-cell base stations.

Space Systems/Loral (SS/L)Has named David Bernstein Senior Vice President of Program Management. A 14-year veteran of SS/L, Bernstein's most recent role was as Senior Executive Director for the company's SES programs. In addition, Paul Estey was appointed Senior Vice President of Engineering, Manufacturing, and Test Operations. Estey previously served as SS/L's Executive Director of Bus Subsystems Operations.

VerizonRichard J. Lynch, Executive Vice President for Enterprisewide Strategic Technology Initiatives, has announced his retirement. Lynch, who spent 39 years at Verizon and its predecessor companies, was appointed to his most recent position in 2010.

LightSquaredHas appointed Terry Neal Senior Vice President of Public Relations and Communications. Neal most recently served in Hill & Knowlton's Washington office as Senior Vice President/Director of Strategic Media.

InterFET Corp.Dan E. Roberts, the company's President/CEO and Chairman, has been appointed to the Industrial Advisory Board for the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Roberts is an alumnus of the university, having earned his Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering in 1975.
