Model LM-35D5G-14-20W-292FF is a high-power limiter from Planar Monolithics Industries (PMI) designed for the 35-to-36-GHz frequency range but that can be used from 24.5 to 38.0 GHz range. Over its designed frequency range, it can handle input power levels to 20 W with signal pulse widths of 440 to 670 ns at pulse repetition frequencies (PRFs) of 600 to 900 kHz and 40-percent duty cycle, and provides limited output of +14 dBm. The maximum insertion loss is 3 dB over the 35-to-36-GHz band with VSWR of 2.0:1 and 250-ns response time. It is housed in a package measuring 0.50 x 0.50 x 0.22 in.
