Microwave Dynamics has developed the model OCXO-200 ovenized crystal oscillator with output frequencies from 70 to 120 MHz. Designed for high stability (0.1 PPM) with low power consumption and fast warmup time, the crystal oscillators feature +3 dBm output power into a 50-ohm load with harmonic content of better than -15 dBc. The frequency stability as a function of temperature is within 1 PPM from 0 to +50oC. The phase noise is -150 dBc/Hz offset 10 kHz from the carrier.
