Sampling Semiconductors At Richardson RFPD

June 5, 2013
A series of 15-minute at-booth presentations will provide updates on high-frequency semiconductors, including current performance levels possible from GaN power transistors.

Visitors to the 2013 IMS and Richardson RFPD’s booth No. 620 will find a great deal of activity throughout each day. Richardson will host a full schedule of 15-minute presentations and question-and-answer sessions related to their extensive lineup of suppliers—a list that includes an impressive list of semiconductor manufacturers. For example, Microsemi will be represented by some new high-power RF transistors for avionics and radar applications, while Freescale Semiconductor, Nitronex, M/A-COM Technology Solutions, and TriQuint Semiconductor will offer examples of their new high-power gallium-nitride (GaN) transistors and integrated circuits (ICs). In addition, companies such as Peregrine Semiconductor, with high-frequency switches, Skyworks Solutions, with low-noise amplifiers, Analog Devices, with power detectors; and WL Gore & Associates, with their precision cables and interconnections, will be well represented at the Richard RFPD booth at the 2013 IMS.
