Analog integrated circuits (ICs) are the end results of the wide range of semiconductor processes offered by TowerJazz. The firm works closely with design engineers to achieve required functionality and performance results from a particular customizable process technology, including silicon-germanium (SiGe) BiCMOS, RF CMOS, CMOS, mixed-signal CMOS, and even microelectromechanical-systems (MEMS) capabilities.

Visitors to Booth 523 at EDI CON 2016 may wish to learn more about the firm’s popular process design kits (PDKs), which include accurate models and software modeling tools for efficiently executing IC layouts complete with process control monitoring (PCM) capabilities. The PDKs include layout utilities to speed layout designs as well as reference designs for comparison. The extensive computer models include silicon-verified substrate models, backed by Montel Carlo statistical analysis and process variation modeling tools.
