Drawing attention to an indisputably worthy cause, ITT Interconnect Solutions has joined with PEI-Genesis and Avnet to support the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Las Vegas (MDA) summer camp program. This nationwide initiative enables children fighting muscular dystrophy to enjoy camp activities in a barrier-free settingand significantly, at no expense to their families.

With one week of summer camp costing $600 per child, ITT has hosted an annual golf outing, dinner, and silent auction in support of the program. Held during the Electronic Distribution Show (EDS) in Las Vegas, NV, this year's event was scheduled to take place May 7 at the Red Rock Country Club and Four Seasons Las Vegas.

In addition to the fundraiser, monetary donations are also being encouraged. The three companies have started a combined collection, meaning that no one individual has to donate the full price of a week in order to help.
