Raytheon Recognizes Mercury’s Oxnard Facility for RF Capabilities

June 13, 2018
Mercury’s Oxnard, Calif. Facility, recently recognized by Raytheon for its excellence, produces a wide range of microwave and millimeter-wave components.

Raytheon’s Integrated Defense Systems business unit works with a wide range of electronic equipment suppliers to produce its high-frequency systems, including radars and electronic-warfare (EW) systems. It recently recognized Mercury Systems for its product quality—in particular, its Oxnard, Calif. Facility—with Raytheon’s Four-Star Supplier Excellent award.

The award recognizes Mercury’s operational excellence while delivering precision-engineered RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave components and subsystems to Raytheon Co. Mercury’s Oxnard located on 300 North Del Norte Blvd., produces a wide range of components and subsystems, including amplifiers attenuators, phase shifters, limiters, and high-power switches.

“As a long-term strategic partner to Raytheon, we are delighted and honored to receive this Four-Star award recognizing the performance of our Oxnard facility,” said Charlie Leader, Mercury’s senior vice president and general manager of the Advanced Microelectronics Solutions Group. “Like Raytheon, Mercury is committed to innovation and continuous improvement as we continue delivering cost-effective solutions enabling the success of our warfighters around the globe.”
