Model CRO3150A-LF is a RoHS-compliant voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) from Z-Communications that tunes from 3125 to 3175 MHz with tuning voltages from 0.5 to 4.5 V. It features typical phase noise of -108 dBc/Hz offset 10 kHz from the carrier with typical tuning sensitivity of 21 MHz/V.
