Model CRO3150A-LF is a RoHS-compliant voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) from Z-Communications that tunes from 3125 to 3175 MHz with tuning voltages from 0.5 to 4.5 V. It features typical phase noise of -108 dBc/Hz offset 10 kHz from the carrier with typical tuning sensitivity of 21 MHz/V. Suitable for fixed wireless and digital radio applications, the VCO delivers +4.5 dBm typical output power when operating from a supply of 25 mA and +5 VDC. The second harmonics are typically -19 dBc. The oscillator is supplied in the company's standard MINI-16-SM package measuring 0.5 in. x 0.5 in. x 0.22 in.
