Model SFS11000Z-LF is a RoHS-compliant fixed-frequency synthesizer from Z-Communications designed for use at 11 GHz. It delivers 0 dBm typical output power with a VCO voltage supply of +5 VDC and 90 mA current. The typical phase noise is -84 dBc/Hz offset 10 kHz from the carrier with typical spurious content of -70 dBc. Second-harmonic suppression is -15 dBc. The compact synthesizer, which is available in tape-and-reel format for automated production environments, measures 1 x 1 x 0.22 in. It is well suited for broadband X-band applications requiring low-phase-noise performance.
