An array of 90-deg. quadrature hybrids from Raditek includes lines of units with connectors to 18 GHz and in surface-mount packages to 6 GHz. The hybrids are designed for an even division of input power between two output ports, with a 90-deg. offset in phase at the center frequency between the two output ports. An example of one of the units with connectors is a model for 200 to 550 MHz with SMA female connectors and 100-W maximum input power rating. It exhibits maximum insertion loss of 4 dB, minimum isolation between ports of 18 dB, and minimum return loss of 17 dB. The worst-case amplitude balance between output ports is 0.8 dB while the worst-case phase balance is 0.6 deg. within the 90-deg. offset.
