Micron TechnologyHas announced the retirement of two members of the company's board of directors. Dr. Teruaki Aoki had served as Chairman of the compensation committee and also served on the governance committee. James W. Bagley was Presiding Director of the board from 2002 until 2009. He also was a previous member of the compensation committee.

LitePointGary Wang is rejoining the company as Vice-President and General Manager of its China operations. Wang was part of the original core team that designed, built, and sold LitePoint's first test systems. He also held roles at Texas Instruments and Atheros/Qualcomm.
Rogers Corp.Jeffrey Grudzien has been named Vice-President of the company's Advanced Circuit Materials Division. He replaces Mike Bessette, who is retiring from Rogers Corp. after 37 years of service. A 12-year Rogers veteran, Grudzien previously served as Vice-President of Sales and Marketing.
MegaPhaseHas announced the addition of Cain-Sweet Co. to its sales team. Cain-Sweet Co. will be responsible for promoting and marketing MegaPhase's interconnect product line in Canada.
