Model CRO2660B-LF is a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) from Z-Communications designed for applications at 2600 MHz. It operates with a tuning voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5 V and exhibits typical tuning sensitivity of 5 MHz/V. The oscillator can deliver +3 dBm output power while drawing 20 mA from a +5-VDC supply, and controls harmonics to -20 dc. The phase noise is typically -114 dBc/Hz offset 10 kHz from the carrier. The VCO is supplied in a surface-mount package measuring just 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.22 in.
