Model XL1010-QT is a RoHS-compliant low-noise amplifier (LNA) from Mimix Broadband with 17-dB small-signal gain ad 3-dB noise figure from 20 to 38 GHz. The broadband amplifier is ideal for multiple receiver applications. Supplied in a 3 x 3 mm plastic QFN package, the internally impedance-matched (to 50 Ohms) LNA includes on-chip electrostatic-discharge (ESD) protection and DC bypass capacitors for ease of use.

According to Paul Beasly, Product Manager for the new LNA, "the XL1010-QT is unique because it offers high frequency, broadband performance in a fully molded QFN package. The device is also fully matched and requires only a single, positive bias supply, making it an ideal low-cost solution for a wide-range of applications." Samples are available from stock.
