Model MMA-020624-L3 from MWT Inc. is a high-linearity GaAs MESFET MMIC amplifier for applications from 2 to 6 GHz. It features minimum gain of 15 dB and typical gain of 17 dB across that range, with +25 dBm output power at 1-dB compression and +40 dBm output power at 3-dB compression. The noise figure is typically 3.5 dB. The amplifier provides 18 dBm output power at 2 percent error vector magnitude (EVM). Input and output return loss are 12 dB. The high-dynamic-range amplifier is supplied in a LCC lead-frame package.
