COLUMBIA, MD—Rohde & Schwarz was named the Indirect Supplier of the Year 2007 by Rockwell Collins. The award was presented by chairman, president, and CEO Clay Jones during the Annual Supplier Conference.

The Supplier of the Year Award is an acknowledgement of significant contributions made during the year by suppliers and is based upon quality, delivery, total cost of ownership, lead time, and customer service.

PITTSBURGH, PA—Ansoft Corp. has been named to Business 2.0 magazine's annual list of the 100 Fastest-Growing Technology Companies for the second year in a row.

Ansoft is ranked 22nd, improving upon last year's ranking of 29. The ranking is based on growth in revenue, profit, and operating cash flow during the past three years, and the 12-month stock return as of December 31, 2006. Additionally, Ansoft ranks 20th in total stock return and second in the state of Pennsylvania.

LONG BEACH, CA—Mini-Systems, Inc. (MSI), Thin Film Division has been recognized again by NGST as a "GOLD" Supplier. MSI has achieved NGST's highest rating of "GOLD" for the third consecutive year.

In order to be a recipient of this status, suppliers must maintain an increased level of product quality and on-time delivery of 99 percent; in 2005, that percentage was at 98 percent. With about 1000 vendors, MSI was one of only 71 suppliers to receive the 2006 "GOLD" Supplier Award.

ETTERS, PA—FCI, a manufacturer of connectors and interconnect systems, was named by TTI, Inc. as a winner of its 2006 Supplier Excellence Award. TTI, Inc. is a distributor of passive and interconnect components. Adrian Melnyk, vice president and general manager, CDC Division, Americas, accepted the award on behalf of FCI.
