WARREN, NJ - The New Jersey Technology Council recently announced that it has selected ANADIGICS, Inc., a provider of semiconductor solutions in the broadband wireless and wire-line communications markets, as its recipient of their 2007 New Jersey Electronics Company of the Year award. ANADIGICS was cited for its leadership role in the semiconductor electronics market and its dedication to promoting the growth of third- and fourth-generation technology, specifically within the broadband wireless and wire-line communication markets. Dr. Bami Bastani, Ph.D., president and CEO of ANADIGICS, Inc., accepted the award during the New Jersey Technology Council's annual awards dinner, which was held in mid-November at the Liberty Science Center in Jersey City, NJ.

The Frost & Sullivan Award for Product Line Leadership is presented each year to the company that has demonstrated the most insight into customer needs and product demands. This process includes interviews with suppliers, end-users, and industry experts. The product lines are compared with customer-base demands, and the top-ranking supplier is then presented the Award.
