Model CVCO55FLM-0172-0210 is a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) from Crystek Corp. that tunes from 172 to 210 MHz by merit of tuning voltages from 0.2 to 4.8 V. The source draws 7 mA typical current from a +3-VDC supply. It delivers typical output power of 0 dBm across the tuning range with second harmonics of -20 dBc. Phase noise is typically -119 dBc/Hz offset 10 kHz from the carrier and -144 dBc/Hz offset 100 kHz from the carrier. The VCO measures just 0.5 x 0.5 in. in a surface-mount package.
