A line of extremely broadband phase shifters from long-time component supplier ARRA provides frequency coverage of DC to 18 GHz. Models are available with minimum phase adjustment ranges of 60 deg./GHz and 30 deg./GHz with SMA female connectors. The rugged phase shifters are rated for 100 W average RF power-handling capability with 5 kW peak power-handling capability. The maximum VSWR is 1.30:1 through 4 GHz and 1.60:1 through 18 GHz. The maximum insertion loss is 0.5 dB through 8 GHz and 1.0 dB through 18 GHz. The phase shifters feature better than 0.3 deg. phase-shift accuracy per GHz across the frequency range.
