Model SFS1900A-LF is a single-frequency synthesizer designed for use at 1900 MHz. The L-band source delivers 0 dBm output power with a voltage-controlled-oscillator (VCO) voltage supply of +5 VDC and 25 mA typical current with a phase-lock-loop (PLL) voltage of +3.3 VDC and 10 mA typical current. The RoHS-compliant frequency synthesizer exhibits typical phase noise of -98 dBc/Hz offset 10 kHz from the carrier with typical spurious content of -70 dBc. The synthesizer is supplied in a PLL-V12N package measuring 0.60 x 0.60 x 0.13 in. and is available in tape-and-reel packaging for automated assembly applications.
