TeraVicta Technologies has added two MEMS switches to its product lines, with a double-pole, double-throw (DPDT) component and a single-pole, four-throw (SP4T) switch. Both switches are designed for applications from DC to 7 GHz. These switches come on the heels of earlier models introduced for applications from DC to 26.5 GHz. The SP4T switch integrates four MEMS switch elements, each of which can be independently controlled, making the switch ideal for signal multiplexing. For more information on the switches, visit the TeraVicta Technologies website at: www.teravicta.com
