Millimeter-wave specialist Spacek Labs has announced the model P34-1 low-noise mixer/preamplifier with a 26-GHz bandwidth at Ka-band. It features local oscillator (LO) and RF bandwidths that are 2-GHz wide. The WR28 mixer also provides an intermediate-frequency (IF) band from 10 to 500 MHz. It is designed to operate with LO power of +10 dBm and provides RF-to-IF gain of typically 25 dB. The double-sideband noise figure is typically 2.5 dB and no higher than 3.0 dB. The mixer requires bias of 25 mA at +15 VDC. For more information, visit the Spacek Labs website at: www.spaceklabs.com/
