R&D Microwaves has developed a high-performance, low-cost diplexer for cellular applications. Model DI-A07 combines the bands of 824 to 1000 MHz and 1710 to 2170 MHz while maintaining better than 50 dB isolation between channels. The diplexer, which is supplied in a shielded enclosure with 7/16 DIN connectors, handles 250 W average power and is suitable for outdoor installations. DC blocking is provided for all signal paths. The diplexer maintains VSWR of less than 1.20:1 and less than -150 dBc passive intermodulation (PIM) across the two frequency bands.
