MITEQ has developed the model AMF-4B-26003100-100-36P coaxial power amplifier for applications from 26 to 31 GHz. Over that frequency range, the amplifier delivers about 5 W output power with nominal small-signal gain of 18 dB. The amplifier is supplied in an aluminum housing with female K-type connectors. The enclosure measures 10 x 25 x 34 mm and is intended for bolting to a flat cooling surface or fins. The housing is environmentally sealed and electromagnetic-interference (EMI) shielded, with an option for hermetic packaging. The unit draws 7 A nominal current from +6 to +6.5 VDC and -1.25 VDC supplies. For more information, visit the MITEQ website at: http://www.miteq.com
