Flaunting frequency stability of better than 200 ppb over a temperature range of 0 to +70C, the FC100 series of oven-controlled crystal oscillators (OXCOs) is offered in standard frequencies of 10, 13, 19.2, 19.44, 20, 26, and 38.88 MHz. The OCXOs exhibit phase noise of 145 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset for a 20-MHz carrier frequency. At +25C, frequency calibration ranges from -1.0 to +1.0 ppm. Frequency stability as a function of change in voltage or load is 30 ppb maximum (5 percent). The oscillators age 1.5 ppm maximum in the first year. They rely on 400 mA of supply current. Startup time is rated at 10 ms. Clipped-sinewave output characteristics include a nominal load of 10 kΩ/10 pF. The oscillators deliver AC-coupled output voltage of 1 V peak to peak. Period jitter is 3 ps RMS nominal and 5 ps RMS maximum. At offsets from 12 kHz to 20 MHz, phase jitter is 0.5 ps RMS nominal and 1 ps RMS maximum.
