Design software supplier AWR has announced Version 2009 of its Analog Office high-frequency analog and RFIC design software. This latest release includes AWR's patent-pending multirate harmonic balance (MRHB) technology, for increased processing speed and reduced computer memory requirements. This new software version also offers AWR's AXIEM three-dimensional (3D) planar electromagnetic (EM) simulation technology, which supports 64-b operating systems, multicore microprocessors, and shape-preprocessing algorithms that decrease solution time for complex geometries.
