The latest version of the SW1007 electromagnetic-compatibility (EMC) test software is now available free of charge from AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation. The software now features military standard (MIL STD) emissions capabilities, along with its legacy radiated susceptibility and conducted immunity measurement capabilities. The standalone software is designed to operate on a personal computer (PC) running Microsoft Windows. The software consists of modules based on different types of EMC tests, each module with pre-defined standards. Users can also create customized test standards. The software, which is available as a free download from the company's website, simplifies entry of test instruments into the program and even keeps track of calibration dates.
