Model SWN-AKG-1DR is a single-pole, single-throw (SPST) PIN diode switch that, when equipped with option "HS," features balanced rise and fall times of 2 ns at frequencies from 0.5 to 18.0 GHz. The on switching time is a mere 12 ns while the off switching time is only 12 ns. The compact switch exhibits a VSWR of 2.0:1 maximum. The maximum insertion loss is 2.5 dB across the full frequency range, with typical minimum isolation of 80 dB from 0.5 to 18.0 GHz.
