The theme of the 64th Automatic RF Techniques Group (ARFTG), scheduled for November 30 through December 3, 2004 in Orlando, FL, is "Digital Communication System Metrics." Co-sponsored by the Microwave Theory & Techniques Society of the IEEE, the conference and short course offer attendees to share ideas on measurement techniques and metrology methods. For information on making a technical presentation, contact General Chairperson Professor Joe Tauritz (jltauritz@ieee.org) or Technical Program Chairperson Professor Bill Eisenstadt (wre@tec.ufl.edu). All student first-author presenters will receive a registration waiver and a limited travel/hotel grant.
