B & Z Technologies Launches Military LNAs

B & Z Technologies LLC has introduced a line of low-noise amplifiers (LNAs) for use in the military frequency band from 17.8 to 21.2 GHz. The BZ3-17802120 series of LNAs features noise figures as low as 1.5 dB with output power at 1-dB compression of +15 dBm. Amplifiers are available with as much as 45 dB gain and gain flatness within 1 dB. Amplifiers can also be specified with unit-to-unit phase and gain tracking. The compact drop-in amplifiers measure just 0.44 x 0.74 x 0.30 in. and include removable coaxial connectors to simplify testing. They are designed for operating temperatures from -55 to +85 degrees Centrigrade.
